Body

The body of our hollow eating torch is a durable, 8mm (5/16 inch) stainless steel tube measuring 18.25 inches. The end is plugged with a metal stopper to maximize the vapor only pull. And the BEST PART, the amazing vapor manifold cut with Dark Monk's LASER.

Wick

These torches have either a 2 inch or 1.5 inch wick. To ensure that they can absorb as much fuel as possible they are intentionally sewn to be soft and spongy. A tightly-wound wick will not absorb as much fuel, making it more difficult to do fuel transfers and vapor tricks. We also sew in a way that hides the Kevlar thread, ensuring that it does not burn out or become otherwise damaged, which would make your wicks fall apart prematurely.

To help make high quality gear more accessible, we also offer these torches without the wicks being sewn closed. Torches that are not sewn require the artist to sew them before they can be used. The wicks are attached to the tube, but not sewn closed (see picture).

Grip Options

These torches have an optional closed cell foam rubber grip that both add weight to the handle side and create a soft, thicker grip. This enhances the ease of control and allows for a wide range of movements. By default these come with the foam handle. You can also add an optional Pom grip, that allows these to be used more like traditional swinging clubs.
