These plugs are used to create contact poi. They allow you to quickly and easily connect poi leashes to contact balls without damaging the ball with multiple cuts.

How to use:
1. Drill a 1/2" hole into the contact ball
2. Slide your poi leash end through the flat side of plug hole and tie a knot in the rope on the plug's pointed side (use ≤3/4" diameter washers between the knot and the plug for additional weight)
3. Push the knot in to the top of the contact ball
4. Use needle nose pliers to screw the plug into the ball
5. Spin

You can remove the plugs by squeezing the contact ball and pulling really hard on the leash. They will not come out during normal use.

Note: The Monk Plug hole fits 3/16" and 1/8" rope. If you want to use 1/4" rope, take a 1/4" drill bit to widen the hole slightly.
